Born in the Paris region, Mathilde has been passionate about fashion and photography from an early age. Indeed, it was while leafing through her grandmother’s Vogue magazines that she became familiar with images.
Naturally curious, she decided to study for a master’s degree in Image and Media Communication at EFAP. Following a number of work placements, she soon went freelance, perfecting her photographic eye through portraiture, before moving into video-making.
Self-taught, she makes a living from her passion and now has her own studio in Montreuil.
Always on the lookout for the latest fashion and video trends, Mathilde’s repertoire already includes such high-profile clients as Chanel, Glamour, Les Galeries Lafayettes, Princesse Tam Tam and Zara.
In the studio and on location, Mathilde favours naturalness and authenticity. She tells us that she directs her models very little, with the aim of achieving the most spontaneous result possible. She loves telling stories through video, to bring her customers’ products to life.
Her softly lit shots are a breath of fresh air.
